Havana City
Cuban time
Crumbling skyscrapers rise above the colonial houses from a distant past, the beautiful American cars of yesteryear now share the streets with Ladas and other more modern cars. From Habana vieja to Miramar, including Vedado, the streets of Havana take you on a trip where time has stopped.
On the Malecon, on a hot muggy late afternoon, a storm follows the deep blue sky of a parched dry day. Later on, this orange and pink sky will paint the city with warm colors as the sun goes down on the other side of the Caribbean Sea.
In Havana, the light creates the ambiance of an open-air museum.
